Was just going to suggest that Neil. Kirstie have a look at the option code Sticker in the service book, the build code for Super Sports Suspension is 2ME, the standard RS4 suspension is 2MC. Be interesting to know which you have as it looks fairly low in the picture.

Yes, the first one I saw was Black at Tonbridge Audi - great colour. But the rest of it just didn't stack up...
I also looked at a black one in Gloucestershire, described as immaculate & bodywork was awful! Not to mention the bonnet didn't line up properly :/ I believe it's still up for sale! The dealers were really rude also

Thankyou for all the welcomes guys & girls ;) and also for the advice! Will have a proper look through the links tonight when I'm not so tired :/ Nice to get ideas off you guys as I'm new to the Audi world so not very clued up!

Also regarding the exhaust, been told to go down the milltek route, anyone rate anything else or is this the one to go for? And best place to get it from if so? Sorry for all the questions, I do appreciate the help though ;)

Oh, there's some real dogs around. I had to travel 2 days for the right one - 2 trains, one B&B and epic drive back - just as well it 'was the one'!

I saw one local and again, described as immaculate but on closer inspection it needed new discs, seat were shot and the bumper colour didn't match the rest if the car :/

Mmmm mixed views on systems. I went for a hand made one from JC Weld fab - others Capristo, JHM and Milltek. All have their followers for many reasons. Some rate Miltek. Some don't. Either way, bin the precats, and after the that the rest is relative sound. MRC stage 2 map and carbon clean if it's not had it done and it'll transform the car - MRC sports mode is epic...

System fitting - depending in what you go for, MRC, Unit 20 and alike all very reputable. If you have a full system then a one stop at MRC for the map too would be high on my agenda...

All depends on budget really.

Forgive me for asking a stupid question but is it because they are body colour? As they are usually the brushed chrome aren't they? Could be so wrong though :bash:

No, it's because they look like they belong on an A4. There were 2 options on the RS4; the folding ones like yours which the passenger side can auto tilt when reverse is selected, or the far more common non folding, non titling option which I think looked much nicer (given the popularity I'm guessing most people buying them new agreed with me). Your ones are quite rare from what I've seen.
I'll dig out a photo of mine in a minute.

Mike, I think looking at kirstie's mirrors they are the same as ours but instead of the Matt silver are indeed body colour - £85 extra at time of manufacture... Not sure they are the foldy ones - can't be sure though until Kirstie feeds in!

Yes I see your point, the passenger one does look to bethe correct shape, but the mounting on the drivers side looked all wrong to me, but difficult to see given the low contrast between the blue mirror and black mount. Apologies if I confused you Kirstie.
