Retrofit Shark Fin Antenna for B6???

Hi,
I've seen a few pictures of US B6 models with a shark fin combination antenna for what I think must be SatNav and mobile phone (and possibly XM radio). I have a couple of questions:
- Has anyone seen the B6 shark fin (original Audi part) fitted to Euro B6 models?
- Does the shark fin antenna support both GPS and cellular/GSM (900/1800)?
- Does anyone have a part number for this item? (Even the US version)...
