I have being trying to get access to the Bose front speakers in my car(RS4), as one sounds absolutely crap...probably blown.
Each time I try and prize away the speaker cover it does not seem to want to come away from its mounting bracket, and i'm sure that the cover will split if apply any more force is appplied. Is there an easy way to get access?

RE: Bose front speakers
The front cover does not come off! You need to take the door panel off to get access to the speaker - it's a straight forward job, once you've done it once it will take you less then 2 mins to remove it. Do a search, but it's easy to figure out - 2 visible screws, then a hidden screw under the door pull, lift the door panel upwards & disconnect the electrics. I think that's it???

RE: Bose front speakers
Nige, Thanks for the advice, seems very easy....
RE: Bose front speakers
Sorry just remembered that there are another 2 screws to remove once you've removed the door pull section (the bit with the screw holding it in).
