Golden Retriever Dog and RS6

Hello

I currently own a 2014 Range Rover Autobiography and thinking to buy the new RS6. I have a 6 year old golden retriever dog which can perfectly do long journeys (6 hours) at the boot of the Range Rover. I see that the RS6 has a large boot but the ceiling bends down significantly towards the back and the space between the headrests of the backseats and the ceiling is much smaller compared to the Range Rover. I am worried about the airflow to the boot and if my dog would be as comfortable as she was in the RR.

Does anyone have experience with long journeys with the new RS6 and a large dog like golden retriever or labrador? I do not like the idea of folding the back seats when travelling with my dog as my children would be using the backseats. Thank you in advance for the answers.

We have a flat coated retriever in the back of our C7 RS6 on most long journeys. He's probably a bit taller than an average golden retriever and he doesn't seem to mind

Our Labrador is fine in the back of the C8 RS6. Just have to remember not to accelerate to quickly away from lights, otherwise he’s on the back windscreen !

We’ve Belgian Shepherds and both the C7 and C8 give them a good space that they travel in comfortably. We have a vario divider for our 2 and matching doors and they seem very happy on long journeys. One of the reasons for getting the rs6 to be honest
