Hi All, I have recently done a stage 1 on my B9 RS4 and habe been looking for topics or articles on the weak points i.e. transmission mounts, IAT Temps, etc bit not getting any luck... Any tuners out there that can shed some light? Want to go Stage 2 but also want to maintain longevity on powertrain with proper maintenance on these weak point?

I'm not a tuner by any means but IAT is definitely an issue. Even stock the temperatures are high and I've asked manufacturers that sell tuning boxes about this but non of them will provide me the intake temperatures after the boxes are installed. You can get upgraded intercooler than help I believe

ABT add a extra water cooler with there R kit

Upgraded intercooler and heat exchanger.

Wagner has a unit available.

Yeah , will be getting the Wagner IC and Heat exchange, anyone heard anything about the transmission being an issue or the mounting ? I am already pushing 760nm

Hey sprintblueb7, I have had custom downpipes, non valved cat back, stage 2 map and CAI done for now, seems good, my temps have been good so far so haven't done the charge cooler yet
