Views on these Vossen wheels

Currently sitting in the standard fit 10 spoke 19’s which are fine but saw these and they look absolutely wow.
Is there an aftermarket for the 19’s and how much should I expect for them on almost new Hankooks.
Including tyres and fitting the Vossen will be c.£2.5k which is alright for the changed look.
Is there anything I need to consider spacer wise or clearance wise?

I sourced a set of 20" winter wheels with oem Conti's, in good condition, for € 2400.
I guess these 19" are a little bit cheaper?
The Vossen are nice imo but not wow. However they do make some nice 5 spoke ones.
But that's just my 2 cents.x

Someone is running these on this forum. Think they had to do some arch work to get the 10s on

Oops sorry my bad well pointed out Mike I was thinking of the silver B7 with blue calipers and didn't see the B9 part
