Let's hope the B9 RS4 has the 4.0 Litre Bi-Turbo V8 that resides in the RS6...

Re: B9 RS4 ?
Then Merc will have the C63 and Audi will effectively have an RS3.5 and drop the RS4 out as a competitor to the C63. Sad.carsarecool wrote:it won'tinnercry666 wrote:At least they managed to engineer out the crap piece of dash trim that sits around the MMI on the B8.5! Re: B9 RS4 ?
And Jag have hinted at an AWD XER (or XERS) with a variant of the V8.

I think it's safe to say Audi GmbH will need to step their game up to compete
They have a way of pulling through though, so we'll have to wait and see I guess

I'm looking forward to seeing what these are going to be like! I hope they're good as jag have definitely stepped up a notch since the f type!Snotsicle wrote:And Jag have hinted at an AWD XER (or XERS) with a variant of the V8.

I sat in an XE S at Goodwood last weekend. Nice interior, felt well screwed-together.Shinobi675 wrote:I'm looking forward to seeing what these are going to be like! As you say, it'll be interesting to see what they put in the R.

Re: B9 RS4 ?
I genuinely don't think I've ever seen anyone under 50 driving a Jag. Has anyone else? Bar employees of JLR ofc.

They're trying to reshape that image with the f-type, but they also seem to be fetching the 'mature gentleman' customer base too
If jag Swindon is any indication, the salesmen are all near retirement age too

Jag has got a lot better, but it still has the that old man vibe going on. Piss and slippers
Re: B9 RS4 ?
The New XE XF and F-Pace will change all of this and let alone what else is coming in V8 Supercharged form

Said the JLR spokesman.....
Just hope they don't fall into the same hole as the other marques in pushing umpteen models and volume. Does whiff a little of this....
