New unregistered cars
New unregistered cars
Hi, there are a few unregistered cars at Blackburn Audi advertised at around 2.8k off of list. Has anyone recently got a decent amount off a new car?
Re: New unregistered cars
Blackburn is part of Swansway Group I think, who also own Stoke Audi where I bought mine. They have a policy of buying a few top range s / RS / R models in at a time and punting them out at a better deal than most of the competition.
But given deals are generally rubbish these days, they dont need to offer a lot off to beat the comp.
Mine was a Carbon Black edition with C&S and a few other bits and I got over £10k off a year ago... mind I can apparently sell it back for nearly what I paid for it now!

Re: New unregistered cars
Thanks. Probably best to hang on until it re adjusts itself. Just sold my main car and left with my run about so Im guessing hold on until next year is the best policy.
Re: New unregistered cars
I am in the same boat, toyed with getting rid at the inflated current prices - but nothing to buy I would rather have and managing with a 6 year old Mini for too long would be annoying!
Mine is now 11 months old and 6k miles and I cant think of anything that would fill the remit better - an Alpina B3 Touring might but the prices of those are horrendous and residuals worse!

I got £5,000 off via Carwow on a RS4 I ordered in April to my own spec. Walton on Thames Audi, part of Driftbridge group
Re: New unregistered cars
Whereas I got over £10k off last year, and could still sell for £64k which is very similar to what I paid.
Its a mad market, great if you can sell and not have to buy another but in reality the chances are that whatever is bought now is going to have the catch up depreciation from the previous car you did so well on..
I assume GFVs arent increasing to go with the higher purchase price? £35k and a bit on my carbon black edition with C&S and a few other bits....
