Over the next month or two we will be performing significant upgrades to the site to improve usability. We intend to stay with the same forum software, so the impact should be minimal to you.
RS246 is run as a hobby due to our passion for these types of cars. If you have any skills that you think would be beneficial to RS246 and have time to invest, please feel free to ping me

This is high on the priority list. Would help if you could tell me what is not working well. Is it the max image size, max number of images, or other?

Can you make it more intuitive, e.g. one click to browse your hard drive then one click to upload?

Also add more images per post, i.e more than 3, saves having to post a new reply just to submit more pics.

Let's see if this helps - I have removed the limits on attachment sizes and increased the number of attachments per post to 20. Please try it out and provide feedback.
