2018 B9 S4 Prestige - Rocker arm avoidance? Preventative maintenance.

Hello,
This is my first post so try to be forgiving.

I own a 2018 S4 B9 and it has 75K on it. (Purchased with 43k)
I have done regular maintenance and upkeep on it at a specialty audi-only private Shop which has a strong reputation.

I am wondering since it seems this particular year and engine is known for having a catastrophic failure issue regarding something with the timing and the rocker arm assembly. Euphemism being "rattle of death"

Does anyone know of a supplier that provides an entire parts kit to update my engine so it never has this issue? An example would be my E64. That V-10 that BMW made was plauged with two unavoidable issues. VANOS line failure and premature rod bearings. Both which would result in a bricked engine.
With years going by B.E. and ECS both have proven kits to bulletproof that engine with new race spec titanium, PPG coated rod bearings that also adjust the journal clearance (which was BMW's design flaw. Too tight for civilian use) and you bet it resolves the risk 100%.

Does such an item exist for this engine? Links/References would be greatly appreciated.
