voiding the warranty

im another one of those newbies that knows nothing about nothing hahaha.
im a new b6 s4 owner and absolutely loving the car..sucks petrol like its going out of fashion but i really dont care!!!hahaha
now my question will probs be an easy one for you's.
Im wanting to maybe get my car into MRC for a remap and milltek system put in,but the thing is my car still has audi warranty on it for another 9 months and i really dot want to mess with that.
Will the remap and exhaust etc void the warranty?
