If you do call QST, let us know what you think of their telephone manner.

My Quattro and my brothers Quattro have both been built Kim at QST. Now the way i see it Kim is running a business and a very successful by the looks of things so time is of the essence. When i have been there he is always running about checking this, doing that etc. As i understand from my brother, he gets a lot of time wasters calling him just to get a diagnosis, then get the work done elsewhere. Im not saying its any of you guys on here, as u are enthusiasts and are happy to put money into there pride and joy.
My experience of his work is nothing but quality. Everything he has done on my Quattro has been A1. And yep the woman at the front desk is his Mum!

stevieyid..i went there to have the milltek fitted thats on the car you now own..i was treated well although i was having a day there with the now defunked total audi mag..
but when i went back to get the car dyno'd i was treated very poor..dismissed almost..
he dyno'd the car then litterally ushered me out the front door mumbling summit about havin his chip fitted would give me more beans..(excuse the pun)..i wouldnt go back..they see S4's as the poor side of the fence but they will be ya best friend if ya have an RS6...IMHO...
not to mention that they lost a brand new pair of adjustable rear arb links i made for my car...
i showed kim and they were never seen again...

i have used them twice and i think Kim certainly knows his stuff. If you look at some of the projects he is undertaking at the moment people certainly trust his knowledge and workmanship.
