MPH clocks in place of KPH

Suspect my car will fail it's MOT on having a KPH only speedo. Does anyone know if it's possible to do a straight swap to a set of right hand drive clocks?
Second question if that's possible is where on earth could I source a set?

So it will just go straight if I dismantle the dash clocks?

If so things aren't looking all doom and gloom after all.

Another question, will any B4 tacho set from a RHD car just go in. Purely for the MOT, I'd swap back to the KM set after.

I'm glad to hear you say that but I've been given mixed advice by a garage and also what I've read on the internet.
I'm planning to come and visit you for new bushes/topmounts and a service next time I'm in the UK if you can do it and I suppose I can talk to you in person about it when I'm there.
