RS2 - Clutch kit and syncros \ collar (need replacing)

Hi guys, I've just taken delivery of a RS2 (1994 Guards Red - Yup, Guards Red)
History, from previous owner,
"Arrived from Porsche directly and was registered as a German import, but RHD. The stamped chassis number on bulkhead is not like any other Audi stamping, I believe it is either a special build or a RHD development car from Porsche factory. The chassis number is only 10 digits long and looks hand stamped. It doesn't show up on ELSA or ETKA as a valid chassis number.
Some of the older boys at Giltraps remember it coming in and thought it was a prototype car also."
anyways, it has a 1st gear syncro issue (known before I purchased), so I'm now in the process of looking at a gearbox rebuild. Thought I may as well do the clutch while the box is off.
Have posted on the NZ Audi VW forum (vask.org.nz) and someone has replied with
"Only buy a genuine clutch kit.
Trans will need new syncros and shift collar. There are kits with all the bits req, may as well get 2 and keep a spare for the rs4"
Where is the best place to source this stuff?
Any other tips \ advice?
Thanks so much
John
