I imagine the LHD one on Fleabay will be going abroad, bear in mind the £ is shot to pieces and to someone in Netherlands/Germany etc this makes a very sound investment. It's effectively 30% cheaper than it was when the exchange rate was £1 = €1.5 which wasn't that long ago.

Don't know if it's ended yet but even if it goes for £13k someone has got themselves a great Autobahn eater

I imagine you are right. But you can get good ones for the same price on the continent, too.

Don't let left hand drive put you off. Look at the car from the mechanics point of view, prior to buying mine I looked at one in Shrewsbury but I bottled it as it was a private sale. The one I bought was ok however most of the work I've had done on mine had already been done on the one in Shrewsbury.
