Didn't you meet that person last week?!

I've have use of both the SQ5, and Rs Q3 quite regularly. The RS doesn't even feel fast, then again, feck all does when you're used to 760PS.

The SQ5, however, perfect car if you want a fast SUV. Power, box, noise (fake), build. It's brilliant in every way the RS Q3 isn't...

Granted, a bit more money, but it's night and day vs Q5. Drives fantastically too. Petrol S or turbo though, none of this diesel business.

Recent reports in Evo rate it very well. Its just not what I (and other 'RS' purists) believe is right for the brand. I will hold my hands up and say I've never driven one either, but I still can't really get my head around it!

Good point. I have a mate who really wants a Macan Tub. But again, I don't see the appeal. He lives in the sticks & his last car was a disco, so I guess he tries to mix his petrol head with a bit of sensible.

It's quirkly little machine and agreed I like my RS6 C7. But this thing just is an awesome little beast. Handles well, tiny in size and is just great for driving around in, then smack it in dynamic mode and it comes completely to life. Gearbox is excellent and it's a great RS product. Obviously different market but makes an RS for everyone :)

For instance my wife doesn't and would never have an RS4 or RS6, however the RS3 is great for her and enjoys the power and all round exclusiveness of the car. Great interior, spec etc.

Rs3 or RSQ3?

RSQ3 is different market to Macan, but having driven Macan at Porsche's Silverstone gaff I've got one on order. It's not comparable to SQ5 either, for, finish and drive are in a different league.

If you don't get Macan, go drive one.

Macans are very cool, beautiful interior, amazing drive, but like the boxster, should have done it properly and gone cayenne

Nah, Cayenne is a boat, and is a bit long in the tooth despite the recent facelift. Macan is the sweet spot.
