MK Meet - Weds 4th July, 6:30pm onwards at the Caldecotte Arms, Milton Keynes.

Following the successful trialing of a 6:30pm kick off last month, we shall continue the earlier start time through the summer months, probably until September. Usual suspects please post your interest, potential MK meet newbies please post below so we can look out and welcome you! Any enthusiast welcome, hosted by Tyresmoke, cross posted on RS246, Audi SRS and now also the S2 Forum. As mentioned previously, the food is very much part of this meet, I'd expect to wander inside about 8:30 ish with the better weather and lighter evenings, its great to get everyone around a table together when we are done gawping at cars.

For any newcomers (or forgetful old timers) the Caldecotte Arms pub is by the junction of the A5 and the A4146 right next to the oddly shaped - and now smoothly resurfaced - roundabout under the A5 (great for testing your Milltek). Look for the Windmill! Coming off the dual carriageway, drive down as far as the pub and then turn left towards the outside 'arc' of the car park - the top tier so to speak.

See you down there Weds 6:30pm chaps. Was in MK yesterday in my roundabout-loving 205 so took the opportunity to pop by the pub and book a table given the turn out last month. Thought where we sat last time was ideal, so booked that line of tables from end to end.

Well the forecast rain stayed away, great meet, turn out better still, will continue to reserve those same tables, that spot works well. Warm welcome to the S2 guys and our guest 6.2 litre AMG, pics credit to him as I forgot to take some snaps before heading in for food! Excuse the MX5s.....

After leaving the pub at the same time before going our separate ways, by complete chance Nigel (tuned B5 S4) and I meet up at the same roundabout on the other side of MK, cue spirited drive in convoy for a short distance. Christ that car is a monster.
