Ace Cafe Meet Monday 12th April

Post by Harsh » Thu Mar 25, 2010 1:42 pm

Finally March's meet gave us some good weather and of course we had a great response from everyone. We had a steady stream of cars coming in from as early as 6pm and once again a great night was had by all.

Highlights included 2 LP 670SV's, a McLaren SLR, a few other Lamborghinis, a number of Ferraris, assorted Porsches, TVR's, Loti ( smile )and associated cars. Thank you to everyone who made the effort to come down.

The main point of the Ace meets is to chat and relax in the company of fine cars and friendly people........April's meet is just after Easter so when you've had enough of your family (or when they've had enough of you!) remember that there really is no better way of spending the evening of the Second Monday of the month than in the company of your friends. And if you've not been down before, well it's about time you came and joined us isn't it?

we'll be there from 6pm and are normally there until the Ace closes at 11pm

The place:

Ace Cafe London
Ace Corner
North Circular Road
Stonebridge
London
NW10 7UD

Ace Corner is the junction of Beresford Avenue and the old North Circular Road, between the A40 and the A404 (Harrow Road).

Travelling anti-clockwise on the North Circular Road: Take the second exit - signposted for Park Royal - after the traffic lights at Brentfields Road (where you'll see Ikea and McDonalds) . Turn right, then right again onto the old North Circular Road. The Ace is 100 yards on the left.

That was a bit of fun on the way home.

Only passed it because the M1 was shut and I had to take the M40 back to London.

Nice turnout.

All sorts.

Had to get home to put the kids to bed.

Will post some pics at some point.

Were you in the dark coloured RS4, parked on the pavement across the road?
