Hi Guys,
It's been a fair while since I was last here. Since I sold my RS4, I've been out of the loop on Audis and I now drive a Range Rover Sport TDV8, which has been breathed on by JE Engineering.
However, I also have a new toy (see below) and I was wondering whether I could possibly come along to your next track day.



Depending on where it is though, noise might be a problem.
I'm sorry about the picture, I haven't yet got around to taking some decent pictures of it. This one was taken at the Le Mans Classic in July.

Hi John,
I'm still getting to grips with the Cob and I'm taking it easy to start with, hence my interest in a track session or two so that I can get to know its limits in relative safety.
Spa sounds great, but in October, it is also likely to be rather damp, which isn't perhaps the best conditions in which to be exploring the limits of a 520bhp Cobra.
What are you driving around in these days?
I had an RS6 on order, but to be quite honest, I could neither afford nor justify it.

I've been to Spa seven times on 2-day trackday events. On only one event did it not rain ! May through October. I'm not convinced any time of year makes a difference - Spa = WET ! That's what you get when driving into the mountainous region of Belgium...

JR, when is the Spa meeting and what is happening there?
