We only have a short amount of time to get this sorted, so please respect the above. Any 'noise' will be deleted.

The dates for the RSDC2004 are 23rd/24th October.

As per last year we would like to arrange something a little special, so I'm considering the following:

- Audi Museum / MTM - Full Day for both
- Mov'it - Half Day Factory tour / Full Day for those that need it ;)
- Neckarsulm - Hopefully we may get some interesting info - Half/Full Day
- Sportec and Oettinger are possibilities...

The Ring is off. It's closed. http://www.nbr.q-wert.net/index.php?id=275&month=10

So the plan for me would be something along the following:

Option 1:
20th - Meet at Dover (Evening)
21st - First crossing to Calais and drive to the Hotel at Hockenheim
22nd - Visit Mov'it
23rd - RSDC2004 Karting and Evening Meal
24th - RSDC2004
25th - Audi Museum / MTM
26th - Neckarsulm
27th - Home

Option 2:
21st - Meet at Dover (Evening)
22nd - Drive to Spa
23rd - Spa / RSDC2004 Evening meal
24th - RSDC2004
25th - Visit Mov'it
26th - Audi Museum / MTM
27th - Neckarsulm
28th - Home

Be blunt, be precise, be quick.... We _need_ to get this sorted asap. What do _you_ want?

Here is the entry form and timetable for the RSDC. You need to get the entry form completed ASAP.

Option 1 or 2 suit me .
if I have to favour, its option 1.

Thanks for all your efforts Phil,

Yep, I'm definitely in and will be bringing a passenger.

I'd prefer the trip that includes Spa if possible.

I'll check with my mate to see if time off work is a problem as this has gone from 3 work days off to 5 days off. If my work is too tight I might have to drop the Audio & Neckersalm days too.
Once others have commented I'll hopefully be in a better position to confirm.

Thanks for all the time put into this Phil (&no doubt others). Some beers will be in order when we get there :beerchug: :drink:
Cheers,
John.

[update]
well it looks like everyone else wants option 1 so far :assflash: .
I'll go with the majority obviously, rather than being Billy-no-mates

I put in option 2 for the people who wanted to do Spa. Who is actually going to Spa?
When would people like to visit Hockenheim? Befor or after the trackday(s)?

Spa sounds excellent but I think it would be probably best appreciated with a dedicated trip. Pity about the ring hole, wanted a sticker for the back of the motor, suppose I get the consolation of kicking all your butts in the karting.

Guys - been just slightly busy!

I AM STILL IN FOR THIS, and fully intend to kick your lame Audi asses (Hock excluded!)

Option 1 or 2, whichever suits best. Gannin' with the flow really, just bringing a pencil sharpener for Guido ;)
