AUDI DRIVER INTERNATIONAL 12 OCTOBER 2013 - CASTLE COMBE

We allocate stand location, once we know the numbers from the individual clubs. If possible we will upload map onto the club page a few days before the event.

Passes will be sent the third week of September.

Dedicated club track sessions
At Audi Driver International 2013 we are offering clubs the opportunity to take part in a dedicated track session where only their members are driving on the circuit.
This has several advantages, not least the reassurance – particularly important for first-time trackday drivers – that club members are sharing track time with people that they know and feel comfortable with.

There’s another big advantage: If we receive a block booking from a club for 12 track entries, the individual price per session is reduced from £45 to £35 per person if the block booking is made in advance.

Also, if a club makes an advance booking for a session in this way, all 12 drivers will be sent wristbands which will permit them to enter the event free of charge. (Please note that this only applies to the driver, not to any passengers). Additional track sessions can then be bought on the day at the usual price.

The proviso is that we must have the full amount of £420 in advance. It is then the responsibility of the allocated club representative to collect the individual amounts.

So that the advance entry passes can be sent out in good time, we will need to have received the advance booking fee and the full names and addresses of all individual entrants by Monday 16th September.
I'm happy to complete the form for the club stand. If there are 12 of you wishing to take advantage of the track session offer then I suggest the following:

1. Make a payment of £36.44 using this link <expired> (The extra £1.44 is to cover PayPal fees)
2. Payment is non-refundable. If you can't make it, it's up to you to sort out what you do with your ticket. EDIT : If we don't get 12 people by the 16th, we'll refund.
3. If the 12 available places are filled, we will setup another group buy.
4. RS246 Limited is not liable for anything. You pay us the money, we pay ADI and you receive the wristband. The end.
Only one person signed up so far... Don't forget that this includes your entry fee.

Didn't see these thread updates and had a long week. What is all this about as I am not really taking it in for some reason. I have zero interest in taking one of my cars on the track (bar the scoob) as I have perfectly fun roads for that thanks and the only car I don't care about is the Scoob and that isn't allowed on the track I am told it isn't a Krautmobile. I am more than happy to pay a premium to make sure that we aren't out out in the frikkin' sticks again though.

I'm yet to sign up but I don't see how we'll get 12 signed up. What about Nige? The B7 boys, any other R8 lads?

If I take the S4 on track do I have to put it on the club stand ?

Reason I'm asking is the S4 had a bit of a small scrape thanks to some near sighted pensioner and I havnt got round to getting it fixed as been busy. Don't really want to 'display' the car like it is !!
Audi S4 B8, 6mt, 462hp, 539nm, AWE exhaust with AWE resonated DP's, MRC filter

It's not a concourse level stand, it's just a couple of guys from a forum. Mine will be lucky to have been washed. I'd love a pax in yours if you track.
