By the accounts of those posting, a VMAX seems to run out of puff at the half day mark (unless there are oodles of cars).
Maybe we should strive for a 0.5 day and organise a follow on to another venue to 'decompress'.
I still like the idea of some competition, Audi vs. BMW...
No matter where you go, there you are.

I'm up for this. I'd be happy to spend the £200-odd if we can make it a decent day out and get the timing/technology stuff running.

Would be good if some of the members who are photographers could take pics/video during the day.

Nick (The Chippy) probably won't want to 'steal' the event away from Craig. I'm not sure if Craig does it for profit or not, he has loads of experience doing them now though and does a good job of it. I'm okay with the £250.00, probably a set fee - sometimes breaks even, others doesn't. I dunno, I'm in however you guys decide to do it. Thanks for your effort, Graeme. Roll on April.

I'm in for less than £250

Done vmax a few times now and come to the conclusion its not worth that....compared to a full on OPL track day.

The thing about Vmax is they get some wealthy customers with some exotic cars...

A quattro vmax would be fine as a one off for £125...but it wouldn't be as exciting seeing 32 B7 RS 4's with 370bhp all reach 155mph ....
