Ok Guys, it seems like the most popular date is Friday 14th May, which after speaking to the track people, this date is still available (some of the other dates have already gone).
Based on 22 people, the price is £133.50. Obviously if less people come, then the price goes up and I will let you know how much extra it will be (well, you can calculate yourselves!). However, if extra people arrive on the day, I will ask them to bring cash and I will re-calculate and refund the difference to those who paid in advance.
I need to send a cheque to them no later than Thursday 8th April in order to secure the date. I will be sending you each a PM with payment details etc - could I please ask when sending your cheque that you write your id (e.g. JohnRS4)

This is an evening session, however, you will notice that there will be around 20 people on the track. At a day event, you would normally have 3 groups of 20, so you would be on the track for 20 minutes per hour. In the case of the evening session, you are able to be on the track for the entire duration (i.e. 3 hours) or whenever you like during that time.
Hope you're able to make it as I hear that it's a great track.

A friend of mine has been to this circuit and he said it is a really good one. However, he gave a few warnings...
First - it's FAST. Great! It's also pretty tricky in places, so good driving skill is very important. Because of the very long main straight, some very high speeds get seen along there, and it's a big stamp on the anchors in to the next bend off that straight. Of course, this means it's extremely hard on brakes and turbos. He strongly recommended taking it SLLOOOOW on the in-lap at the end of each run to allow the car a chance to cool down (especially brakes), which is good advice.
He also said that the outfield run-offs, which look lovely, aren't as flat as you'd like! Avoid going off if at all possible!
