You should get a copy of Project Gotham 2 on the XBox before you all go. It has the full circuit in incredible detail so you can learn the track in the safety of your own homes rather than in your treasured cars

I did... and then I found out you need a broadband internet connection.

No broadband connection = no X-Box Live

No X-Box live = Nordschliefe circuit cannot be accessed

But for anyone with A. an X-Box, and B. a broadband internet connection go for it. All playable circuits without the X-Box Live connection are full of detail, so I have no reason to doubt the Nordschliefe will be any different.

Hi Tim,
Although I have only raced on the Nordschleife on XBox Live, I didn't realise that it wasn't available without it. Although I'm having great fun with PGR2, I can't make any wild claims about my ability (ChelseaMick will confirm I'm sure ) and it's going to take me ages to get all the cars....if ever

We've had a couple of good races. Keep practising mate, it's all part of the fun. You'll soon get there.
I just can't stop playing it!

I've heard you can get to the track off-line by qualifying or immediately if you wanna do a timed lap.

Is this correct?
B8 A4 Avant quattro
Honda CBR1100XX Super Blackbird
Suzuki GSXR1000 (Track bike)
B6 S4 (AMD Stage 3) - GONE
8N TT (APR/AMD/MTM) - GONE

Apparently, you have to complete all challenges at Platinum level to get the Nurburgring.
Or you can download ghost cars, which, I am told will get you the tracks.

Sure I would do the organizing bit, but I think I won't manage it because of my age.

I'd prefer to go when the weather is a little more reliable. We also need to co-ordinate with GmbH.
