Simply Audi Day Out Apr 29th

Ok all booked. You need to buy your own tickets in advance. Participant tickets. You cannot get them on the gate and be on the stand.

2 weeks before I will call them to confirm numbers, then they will allocate us a suitable spot.

They will email me with a document which we need to print and display in our windows to help the marshals as explained above.

Any questions give me a shout.

Also might be a good idea to remind them that RS246 is the worlds best/leading Audi RS/R forum! And we deserve a prime spot

Yes, it’s per person, I guess they have to as you have entry to the museum included.

Ok I have just purchased my ticket and look forward to meeting you guys, I hope the weather is going to be good for us.
Lets try and sort out a meeting point I am based by jct 21A of the M25 or jct 6 of the M1 so it might be an idea to have several meeting points on the way.

Booked my tickets this morning, I noticed it says if you don’t come in an Audi you can’t buy a participant ticket, you need to buy a normal ticket.

It also says clubs should try and arrive together. So as discussed further up, the services on the M27 just as you leave the M3 seems like a good place, then we should find somewhere closer to the venue for people who won’t be coming M3 - M27.

That sounds like a good idea for the first place for some of us to meet any idea what time we aim to get there?
I think it would be a good thing that we have a broad time to meet so if some one is running a little late we can all convoy down there.

yep that sounds good it gives us all a 30 minute window to make it to the sevices.
Is there a car park that we can use or do we park in the petrol station?
