Hi

Yes it's ok, you can leave what ever time you like During the day, yes you are more than welcome to meet at the hotel before hand, you will get the stand passes handed out at the hotel and once we get there you will have to pay on the gate, hope this answers it all for you mate

Very similar to AITP except there is a track you can go and drive around or watch others drive around. :bigwave:

I've provisionally put us down for 30 slots, which is not far off what we had last year, and pushed the emphasis of a better slot
Nearer the time, once we're somewhere near a final list, I'll collect in whether people want stand passes sent out to them by me, or are going to collect via the convoy in from Junction 16 of the M4 (Hilton/Costa Car park) on the morning
Another option, is that if we can get a suitable number together, we can get our own track session, which will be just us guys, and (hopefully) remove any risk of having to share track space with unknown knobbers in boy mobiles that are likely to try and out brake themselves and T-Bone you in a corner.

This is the wording from ADI

If your club is interested in arranging a dedicated 12-car fast-lap track session, which must be booked and paid for in advance, please call us on the number below. This dedicated track session is priced at just £35 per car, a real discount as this also allows the driver free entry to the event (normally £10). A minimum of 10 cars is required.

There is also the opportunity for clubs to arrange a dedicated low-speed club parade lap session, at just £10 per car, with no limit on the number of cars taking part

Yes you will need a helmet for track action. Car will also have to pass a noise test - iirc its 99db. Mind you Bam seemed to be quiet enough with the 'loon

If you have clutch problems, you'd be mad to go on track! One of the RS246 stand B7 RS4s went home on an AA truck last year (or year before?) due to clutch

"No Mr AA man, of course this car has not been on track....."
