Yeah it's beautiful! It's 9pm and my cornetto is melting quicker than I can eat it.

I feel sorry for the organisers of events like this though; they put all that effort in the the day gets ruined by something completely out of their control.

Cornetto? Your a classy fella, Mike.

Yes, feel for the organiser Calvin - a fair few cars there apprently, but even so. Can't really contend and plan for the arse end of a HURRICANE.

Enjoy your hols Mike... :beerchug:

Yeah it was wet but the heavy stuff only lasted a few minutes before it went back to that fine drizzle - a bit disappointing that 246 had no stand - I only managed to bump into one other member (Mark) by sheer chance!! Still I can fully understand it if you were travelling a long distance. Maybe next year... :assflash:

Here are a few pics for those who didn't make it.

I'm from Cyprus so I go with the missus and kids every year. For me it makes so much sense; they drive on the same side of the road as us, they all use UK power sockets so no need to pack euro converters, everyone speaks english (not a problem for me but helps for the missus and kids) and you're pretty much guaranteed good weather.

Back on topic, looking forward to next year's event, im just hoping the earlier rumours of this year being the last were not true.

The area in which the show was held was about 1/10 of what I was expecting and there was only one or two sellers.

More like Audi's in a couple of peoples back gardens :(

I'm not sure I'd consider going again although daughter #3 loved the fair.

Lots of forums represented though including a massive A2 turnout and Audi sport.net burgered everyone who asked :)

Was a bit weird Gavla as you said you was looking out for a red RS4? Great to meet you though :)
