+1

It's was nice to meet some new faces and see some old one too. Convoy from the meeting point to the circuit was great fun and must have been a great thing to see and hear for the cars we passed on the M4.

Sorry dude!

At least I made it a couple of laps before the black flag came out haha. I consider it a badge of honour. Black flagged for too much exhaust awesomeness Image

Really good to meet you all! Special thanks to Ian for storing my roofbox and generally being very helpful- much appreciated.

I. Am. knackered.

Great day fellas. Was good to meet some of you, I didn't have enough time to have a chat with everyone so next time! I thoroughly enjoyed my first track experience even if I did scare myself a couple of times, I wasn't the slowest guy in my group although I did get lapped by a number of cars. :rocker:

For the guys that helped out today with my radiator overflow issue, thanks again - Ilya, Mikey & G4RETH (I think, sorry didn't get your name).

An thanks for organising Faisal..

Bring on the photos!!

Cracking day, thanks for sorting Faisal.

Great to meet you all and convoy was great fun for sure.

Any other meets before the year is out anywhere or shall I put the car away? I was planning on getting paint work sorted so it's fresh for next year. Seen Mikes C7 and Cov's car it just makes you want fresh paint lol.

Overal was a great day! Thank you all for coming! But I have to say that was slightly disappointed with the organising the event. Obviously not you Faisal! The ADI team. They have clearly overbooked track time for people! Hence why we had to wait for an hour each time before going out. That was a bit of a let down. But overall great day! wife happy! Car in one piece! new lights from Trups ;) oh and the drive on the M4 in the morning was epic!! Sprightly illegal and naughty but freaking great fun!!!

This! Its always a long day. But the 5:30am alarm clock was worth it.

Didn't get to watch much track action this year, did watch the final session though when Ilya was losing less than a second a lap to Fontains R8, very impressive dude.

Hope you all got home okay - very wet drive home for me! Grateful for quattro and me new tyres haha

Some guy called shootpetrol has just tagged me in a photo on Instagram as I was driving in. He's got one of Cov driving in as well, one of him parked, a black B7 close up side shot / wheel but can't work out whose it is.

Good to see you Ian, I was already in the shower by 5:30 and arrived for a "Big Boys Breakfast" at a pub/hotel not far way around 7:15am before getting into the circuit around 8:45am.
That's why I was just having coffee and picking up a lunchtime snack while you were having your Full English :nodder:
I checked the weather forecast and decided to leave mid-afternoon; got home in the dry.
