Just need to book the travel Inn, and thats done. not unless someone wants to share the room at dover (same price as one) and put the saving towards the first class suit on the seacat?

You will all need to PM Phil wth your mobile numbers so he can compile a list for us to have of everyone, rember to drop the first 0 and add 0044 when putting them in your phones ( obvious I know but little can be done when your driving at 120 and need to speak to someone urgent).

see you all soon

Thought we could perhaps have a little pool going on who can decal their car the best (£10?)
Too much is bad.
Plenty is better.

Guys,

how about getting some rs246 T shirts printed up for the event.

Something along the lines of "RS246 - Turbos on tour 2004", or some other
suitably snappy logo 8) (it was the best I could think of at the time !)

Both the Caterham/Lotus and the porker guys do this for their meets, and it
always makes a talking point both at the event and at subsequent meets.
Besides, they usually help to mop up the beer stains :beerchug: :drink:

Just a thought. I understand if we're all too busy to sort something out.

Cheers,
John.
p.s. I hope this doesn't count as a 'noise' post... :sekret:

As most will know who have been before John , i always do a comemorative polo shirt , with the usual stuff on, this year wont be any different, only that we will be charging for the organisation and the Polo shirts that RS246 will incur as a result of this event , all we ask is a fee of £30 to cover the cost of itineray and the organisation and the Polo shirt.
BTW i will need everyones Login name and shirt size!!!!
Cheers

Okay JR, no problem mate. I'm sure we all really appreciate your efforts and I have no problem with paying to cover the costs of your efforts. I was just trying to make the trip even more memorable. Sorry if I've stirred up anything.

Eric, do we need to include the French contingent in the activities we are organising?

i.e. Do you want us to arrange the additional nights at the Holiday Inn Walldorf etc?
