There's no way I'm getting there for 830 on a Sunday ha ha.

Might have to order some of that sonax stuff. Is the wax any good?

I have the forum flags so feel obliged to get there earily - besides, my son won't be getting up late!

The sonax stuff I've heard is goooooood! Not familiar with the wax though...

Just bought 5lt off eBay for less than £40 bit of a waste on my body work right now but hay maybe I can blind people from the imperfections.

So who's heading up from SE side?

I'm afraid I was audi-sport.net member long before I was a RS246.com member and due to being a mod my hands are tied.

plus mines not in show condition so I'm doing you lot a favour. :boohoo:

It's bloody brilliant on Phantom Black - although 5Ltr's will probably last about 10 years.

And if you fancy trying an unusual but highy effective 'Wax' (and strictly speaking its not a wax) then treat yourself to some of this stuff - Soft99 Fusso Coat...

I use the same combo - Black Hole with Autofinesse Illusion wax - its a great combo for a Phantom Black car. I also use Natty's Blue Wax for a quicker job but when I tried this stuff (Soft99 Fusso and the Sonax detailer I could achieve just as good (if not slightly better) results in less time (err I mean 'effort'). The Sonax stuff is all really good. They do a polish called 'Perfect Finish' which is amazing on a DA (http://www.cleanyourcar.co.uk/car-polis ... _1209.html) and the latest gem I've found is their wheel sealant - its a spray on which saves a shed load of effort getting in the nooks and crannies of the RS4 standard wheel (http://www.cleanyourcar.co.uk/wheels-an ... _1231.html)

Ok what time you heading out and where to hookup... I've got quick links to either the A20 or A2 or if heading across London the another location.

For me, I get on the M25 the will go clockwise probably as I join the M25 at Junction 6 - Oxted/Godstone. A20 for you around to there - by the time you have done that you could be well past London ;)

We could hook up at the when we join the M1? First available junction say 8 on the M1/services. Ryan and Mark (Esp_270_mm) may want to convoy too...

I'm aiming to get there at 8.30/9am - yeah I know, on a Sunday too! Too early?
