Well this is far more than I expected so happy to open this up and take suggestions from you guys. I will start having a look at possible routes and destinations. It's a bit daunting with this many people but I'm sure we'll be fine.

Thinking about this a bit today, if we have 10+ people interested in doing the overnight thing, would it be worth looking at an airbnb place? Loads of farmhouses, lodges in Wales to let out, and would be cheaper and easier than trying to find a hotel somewhere to take us all? All we need is a bed eh? (That's a bed each, obviously)

Thoughts? Comedy replies welcome of course......
