We should be there by 9.30-10.00, looking forward to it. Couldn't get there last year as it clashed with mitp, although was a total wash out anyway.

I've just emailed them with updated numbers and asked what time we should be arriving.

They just replied and it says to aim to be there for around 9am.
The crew will then direct us to our location.
