Tickets & paperwork arrived on Wednesday so all set. Euro Cash being collected today & Euro Credit Card topped up.

Ordered some PH Le Mans decals for the rear side windows so they'll be going on early next week. Even got a 64gb Stick full of tunes for the journey (& none of PhilT's smack your bitch up muthafucka Dubstep music included).

Excited is an understatement.

I only decided this morning I was going to go
Accommodation is far and few between however I managed to get the following for £380.00, thought it was fairly reasonable.

- Channel crossing Eurotunnel Folkestone/Calais (standard height car, non LPG)
- Three nights camping pitch hosted (Camping) 40 Min Drive from the circuit, not too bad really considering.
- Breakfast from the Hotel
- ‘First beer free’ voucher for the hotel – one per person per night
- Circuit car parking pass blanc or bleu (make your own way to and from the circuit at your convenience)
- General Admission ticket each
- P&P and any credit card fees

Am looking forward to it though, I managed only to catch the practice last year.

The question is, when did they time that claimed 40 minute drive? If it was last month I feel for you already!

I hear you on that, Unfortunately options were minimal, but slow...... and steady will get you there.
Will also have all the time in the world whilst there to not be in work, I think I can live with the the traffic

Its about 47Km from the circuit.

See if your hotel has a helipad, or large field and see if you can get a Helitaxi, might be a tad expensive, but at least you'll get to the track on time

Outbound : Eurotunnel Folkestone-Calais Friday 13th June 10:36 hrs
Return : Eurotunnel Calais-Folkestone Monday 16th June 10:20 hrs

Man a Helitaxi would be so so sweet. I'm sure I will need that money for fuel though getting there

Also I may eat these words, and I will follow this up when I get back, but I am not overly bothered with regards to heavy traffic. It is simply to be expected at these things. Many folks are in the same boat.

I'll be travelling solo and meeting friends over the weekend, so there is no time constraints / plan on anything at all thankfully.
