I know how hard it is to organise a group buy or a day out as people say yes but do not come up with the funds

Is there any way we can get tyresmoke bys involved to make the numbers up and get ths back on line?

Bushy,

Thanks for that but I have to say that I already did this two weeks ago. I just wanted to say that I haven't completely written off the evening, as the track people are calling round to see whether they can muster up some more people for us (the mini club). Let's keep our fingers crossed and I will update everyone who's paid via PM.

John, please let me know how much i need to send & where i need to send the payment. Only got back from a 2 week vacation yesterday, so sorry if this has caused any problems. I'll send the pennies as soon as i have your info.

Anyone staying over in the area that evening? Given i live in the North West, i'll stopover & head home on the Saturday.

You seem a little light on underpowered, floppy topped cars, so any objections if I sign up with my TTR?

Only my 2nd track day, so I'll try to keep out of the way

- be nice to see any of you who were at the TTOC day at Oulton Park again though

Hi guys, new on RS246, but having seen Grahams post on TSN I've regirstered and will admit a high level of interest.

As I've never done a track day, other than paying & turning up, what do I need to take into consideration??

Helmet?
Tyres?
Insurance cover?

PS AL - you will need a helmet, you should be ok on your existing tyres (I've done 3 x track days plus 10k miles on my previous ones!) and insurance will be up to you.

John - does the track do helmet hire? I know on the other track days I've done they provide them for £10 + a refundable deposit, could you confirm if Bedrock do the same, I'm sure they do, but...
