Wheel spacer's...again!

Can anyone confirm that this is the correct code for 10mm H&R hubcentric spacers for a b5 RS4 on oem wheels :
202555712 MZA 5x45 1/9.
Also what length bolts do I need. Have fitted M14 1.5x40mm.The bolts already on the wheels were different lengths .
I know you need 10mm longer bolts for 10mm spacers but what should the original length of these bolts be.
Any replies most appreciated as I know this subject has been covered before.Different websites are quoting different codes.A search on here came up with an almost identical code apart from the last bit which was 8/7 (batch no.?)
