Which side should the RS4 boot badge be on?
I've noted that generally X reg and early Y regs have the RS4 badge on the right hand side.
Later ones have them on the left.
Although not a hard and fast rule as I expect some will have been painted and had the badged place on the other side but would this be a resonable indicator for when other small changes were made such as the improved gearbox in the later models?
Im trying to find the cut off date for when the "later" models were made.

I assumed they all had them on the left?
Its stupid I know but it was the only thing that put me off going to have a look- just the tinyest doubt that if it has had whack and they can't even put the badge on right what else have they missed!

I find it hard to believe a top of the line body shop would make a silly error with a badge like this, more likely a cheap repair which like u mention what else have they over looked!!
Only takes 30 seconds to google image rear of rs4!
