What alloy can I use as a spare ?

After noticing my spare wheel is buckled (hav'nt really looked at it for a while !) and reading the other threads on here about the winter wheel (7.5x18 et 20) which fits properly in the boot.

I was wondering what size alloy and fitment could I get away with as a spare wheel with the et20 offset is difficult to get hold of (well on e-bay anyhow)

cheers

Al

Like many, I use a standard full size wheel as a spare, however, it does sit proud in the wheel well.

Ive just bough a winter wheel, looks very much like an rs6 wheel but it fits flush in the boot. I paid £160 just for reference.

Just use an after market replica Audi RS4 style wheel with et35 offset 8x 18 with 225/40/18 tyre. it will clear standard brakes and fit in the wheel well and will be very cheap on ebay.
