Why not ask MRC ? I'd have guessed around 460 - 470 bhp but I'm no expert.
Rick.

I recently asked Lucas that question. I was told 480-500 although 500 would be pushing the turbos to their limit!

Gutted pre-cats, Milltek and remap should see 440 - 450bhp. Add another 30bhp for FMIC and loads more torque

Thanks for the replys.
Sorry for all the questions but in line fives are my speciality..
How about if i stuck with the standard intercoolers and added .5 water injection jets to the exit of both intercoolers. Air speed in theory should stay up with standard intercoolers and water has a dramatic effect on cooling if applied correctly + you can add a bit of alcohol...
I have carried out lots of tests on air speed vs lag i.e small intercoolers vs big and the best i have found is two small in line as attached. this also has water injection in both intercoolers. It runs 2.3 bar of boost and you only see 15 degrees rise in temperature from cruising to full boost with virtually no lag..

Tis.. to much really.. 0-100 in just over 8 if you have the nuts to keep your foot in.. no electronic help with this old girl.. Managed to do a set of tyres in 700 miles, try getting 215 50 15s..
The whole aim was to keep it looking standard, which it does when its in one piece...

Think you've pretty much decided on the route to go down there!! As you've used water inj before then you know the benefits especially with regards to methanol. As long as its mappable you'll probably be fine - but you must know that from your other car

water/meth is fantastic at making iat,s good. better than a fmic and probably easier.

It certainly does work and it gives you that comfort of a bit of top end protection against detonation..
Mind you you have to remember to switch it off before the rev limiter (neat methanol) it can make a bit of a mess when it backfires with the throttle shut..
I will have to give it ago, water that is, and do some Vag Com logging to see the effects on inlet temperatures..

fmic and w/i keep air temps down nicely, especially during high gear pulls at full load
