If you have a look on German eBay there are a few sellers selling O/E items in both Alcantara and the leather versions.
From memory the prices were good.

beware ebay, the wheels come without the horn contact ring in place which means you have to butcher your exisiting one to fit on the new wheel.
bit of a pain, especially if you have a different style wheel as I did!

works now though, bought a second hand TT wheel and took it to bits.

I love mine but they do need a bit of a clean now and then. mine came from sweden

Autosmart Brisk and a microfibre cloth. the highstreet foams don't seem to work as there too dry. Brisk is a very dense wet foam and works a treat.

Just bought myself some Brisk and a microfibre cloth (£1.49 for 3 in Wilko's - bargain) and it works amazingly - cheers for the tip A20LEE.

I thought my alcantara had pretty much worn away but it was just surface grime that had gone shiny and now it's virtually good as new
