Another help any know this car please?

Post by bryn_p » Wed Apr 16, 2008 7:59 pm

http://www.pistonheads.co.uk/sales/432501.htm

Been offered it in px against an Integrale, but I have been toying with the idea of one for myself for a while anyway.

Miles are a little higher than I wanted and I would have liked the DVD/sat nav but I still like it. Would prefer the std B5 wheels as well I think but thats easy enough to sort (I think!?!).

Anyone know it or been to look at it?

Cheers,
Bryn.

You would think the vendor was aware what colour it is .....Avus Blue indeed.

Upgraded air filter looks a bit iffy.

Simon_golf_TT managed to get a towbar fitted.
I agree with Jeffw on the non-partitioned cone filter.
Also the header tank looks a little dirty
MAF looks new though :o

Yes an S4 towbar will fit. Details can be found elsewhere on here.
However, Audi will tell you they don't make one for the RS4 and it is not warranted if one is fitted.

The car looks pretty clean. Sorry, haven't got any details about it.

Probably because those wheels are supposed to be B7 RS4 wheels, but are white...

The B7 wheels are much deeper dished - because the replicas are designed to fit on a narrow bodied car the offset is different so the spokes don't need to come so far out from the hub.

Also replica wheels are always let down by their centre caps which look too dark on the replicas.

Apparently (according to teh advert) the RS4 isn't aloud to tow. So how loud is that?
RS4 in the only colour to have - Misano Red | MRC Remap | RS6+ brakes | H&R and Custom Performance Parts suspension |
Huge Grin :biggrin3: If you dont "do it now" you never will.
