Do the RS4's and S4's share the same rear calipers?

If so, anyone have a set of rear rotors and caliper carriers laying around? I'm currently running S8 rear rotors on my K04'd S4 and I'd like to go bigger...

i have got a set of Rs4 rear discs, calipers ,carriers and pads . ( discs and pads have done approx 4000 miles) i have also got a set of front discs and calipers but no pads.

these weigh a LOT
. i think shipping would be quite expensive. I would also prefer the person who is buying them to "see" them first that way they will know what they are buying. By the way i am looking for £300 for them

Are they a straight fit onto the S4 ?
