I was appealing so they released it as evidence as they couldnt work out what speed i was doing At the time of the stop.

Didn't look like you were being a nutter or anything, just speeding a bit, I'm sure most of us are guilty of it at some point. Especially in an RS4!!

So did you get away with it?

Bet your a bit more observant of the rear view mirror since that incident

That was the day i got the car usually smell them a mile off!

In evidence the copper said i was doing 140mph plus as he had foot to floor and i dissapeared.

I still think he had a boost leak and his speedo was knackered as i was only doing 78mph

He also couldnt work my speed out at time of offence and had to use a uncalibrated stopwatch and non home office approved systerm to calculate speed.

I should have won on technicalities but they used common sense bizarre lol

Worth it for the video mind!

6 points and NO BAN?? someone upstairs was looking after you that day then, could so easily be

licence for a while!!

why would he need to work out your speed... the fact that the video shows the police car was travelling at 111 mph and your ahead of him and dissapear is enough to put you in a barred little room on your own for a while.

Where did you get the idea he had a boost leak?? ratflmao

And i anchored on coz he was a bit too close and he nearly went in the back lol

Guess you spotted him before his lights went on (reason for you slowing down) good spot

(even if it was 2 mins too late

Watching the video again and i would agree, No way were you doing more than 80 mph

That's of course IMHO.
