Noticed Contigo that your exactly the same spec as me. How does it compare with the FQ400 (thought that fq400 would be just a tad too much for us given the weight advantage)

Have you ever come accross a new M3? :?:
I am the same spec bar the Milltek back box but that's negligible really and yes the FQ400 was close stayed with him all the way up to 140 and then let the nutter go at one point in second I was backing off the gas as I would have ended up nudging him if I wasn't careful.

And to answer the new E92 M3 q , no not been up against one but they are quick no doubt, just look at the video below to see how much it pulls away from a B7! But still I think the remapped B5 will have the edge on the M3 especially as Jarv says and also after 100 it's bye bye time.

Yes, 4WD cars lose more power to the wheels than the equivalent 2WD drive car especially RWD. Look at some of the losses on the WHP stats of 4WD cars like the B7 which is almost 80hp down on the Dyno figures. Don't mention the actual power output!!

if the new M3 is anything like the old M3 CSL in performance terms it is in GT3 911 territory for circuits.
I would suggest you would need a straight line race to "paste" a new M3 unless there was a lot of driver error involved

Don't underestimate the likelyhood of a wet Knockhill. Its a great place to settle scores and you WILL beat an M3 round there without a doubt. (If its wet... Which it will be)

Wait for this one guys, he's moved his position dramatically! - I said does his bet mean I only have to stick with him, if so, I said let's double the bet! Surprise surprise, he's then said the bet would be that I had to pass him, so I said ok then for a grand! He's backing down now saying I must have carried out some other mods to be so confident and want's to call off the bet

So I reckon that's a victory without even hitting the loud pedal - he's scared

He's now very sheepish and obviously as I was not biting his hand off initially, he must of thought I was scared and started winding me up. The boots on the other foot now!!!

Didn't think an E46 would hang on to a re-mapped RS4 even up to 100 Topbear, did you leave the handbrake on?
LOL, what I meant to write was I let them hang on (to let them believe they are keeping up)...

An FQ360 tried it on with me on a private stretch of road and he was nowhere near (I normally just leave it in 6th, but I did drop down to 4th, just in case!)
