Never understood the neccesity of a sunroof in a vehicle which has A/C

If you buy a car from ANY dealer you get 3 months statuatory warranty and strictly speaking the dealer has to prove for 6 months from the date of the sale that vehicle wasn't sold with any faults that arise in that period.
So why is a stealer saying 30 days? Is it a staff member selling a car?
There was a really high mileage Avus on Pistonheads that was being sold by someone at Lincoln Audi around 1-2 years ago.
I'm sure this car is mint having seen it but I bet it's got a lot of codes logged still

the one they had for sale at lincoln audi a few years ago was the managers car who had it for sale but was high miles 130k sold within a few weeks
