Just getting mine renewed, best quote i can get is Admiral (moneysupermarket.com) £498 (Me 28, 10+ no claims etc, + Miss's, no claims and 3 points, 8000miles/y. Parked on drive), Currently with Direct Line for £780, just me
I went through all the possible descriptions for our jobs and came out with the lowest without lieing. I did find though being a bingo caller was one of the most expensive along with a junk shop owner!

Always used Direct line and it costs me about 600 a year. they even paid out on my B7 RS.

got my insurance through confused.com with a firm called swiftcover. im 31 with 14 years ncb 3points for a feckin parking offence and live in the sticks with a tracker fitted to the car. for me it was £420 so i added my wife as a named driver to see what difference it would make and it came down to £385. oh and the cars totally std honest :drink:
