i will be going to mrc to have a service also i want to find out how much life ive got left in the oem front brakes as i want to upgrade to the b7 brakes

Other than the normal replacement of pads and discs, the OEM front brakes (ie calipers) are pretty robust (unlike the rears), but B7 is the way to go if you want better stopping power :thumbs:
