I am running on a similar set up and i lost my Fog lights too.. Our B5 RS4's problem is there's too little room to play around under the bonnet..

Bl**** H*** Jim I hardly recognise the old girl!!!! Glad to see she's on good form. When (or if) you ever finish the mods you'll have to take me out and show me what she can do now.

Whats up with the left grill? Can it be put in place or does it not fit with the FMIC pipes? Black paint would make it look stealthier

My plastic side grills would not fit properly, I ended up using a black wire mesh instead, and I have to say it looks spot on. The car is apart at the moment otherwise I would have posted a better picture, but as you can see, you can't tell there is a FMIC there after the black paint and the black mesh in palce ...

judging by the picture with the bumper back on there looks like hardly any cutting at all to the bumper? thats the look im after , as i dont really want to "show" off the intercooler.

The DUH cooler looks to fit well behind the grills. Looks good but don't know how well it cools or flows.
