He probably doesn't have a company, and given the number of B5 RS4s in the US, I can only guess their software will be really great....

oh, sorry. i wasnt trolling or anything. im just opening your eyes to other tuners who have toyed/tuned GT kits here stateside. i think we have more here than across the pond -over your way in the bloody U.Kay. =)
anybody on this forum ever hear of VAST Performance, Autospeed Performance, Wicked Motorsports, SSP Tuning? most of these companies have kits and tunes for B5 2.7 GT applications is all.
sorry and thanks!

hey, dont hate mate! i respect what MRC does, no need to start flaming me as you dont know me or my experience w this platform.
and just bc we dont have RS4's means NADA AMIGO...
im sure many/most of our well tuned Stage III S4's would blow many/most of your tuned RS4's all day. if not blow your doors off, then at least keep-up. so dont go talking proverbial trash as i only meant to expose yall folks to the other possibilities/options, other than MRC, bc you are not the only fish in the sea.

Autospeed is techniqually the only one with a GT kit priced at 15k USD. Now dont get me wrong i think ASP is a great company but that price is honestly not worth it considering you need to do a number of things to the motor to hold that kind of power such as rods, pistons, etc etc and on top of that labor if you dont do your own work. Sooo your looking at close to 30k USD for 600whp. On the other hand you could piece your own kit together for a lot less but thats if you do your own work but then you need to find someone to tune it. Greg at SSP has been doing amazing things with his GT car as far as the tuning and performance of the vehicle.

Also i think vast only offers the plumbing like manifolds and dps. The rest you need to do on your own getting the turbos, the tune, relocating a bunch of <beep>.

MK wrote:Hello!
I'm thinking of going Garrett GT-BB path with my RS4 (smaller sister of GT28RS - GT2560R aka GT28R S15 Spec R turbo). I can clearly see the possibility of sourcing all the parts for the project except for the software.
I can't find company that could make RS4 B5 Motronic software for Garrett GT turbos.
Also I have tried to contact MRC (Doug_S2 and Mihnea) many, many times with no success at all - thank You, guys!
I suppose, Garrett's are not so popular in Europe but there are many S4/RS4's being punished with big KKK turbos like RS6 and even K16.
Can I ask where these turbo's are available from? Are they direct fit?
Thanks
