I fucked up and ordered 65 instead of 63. So now I have a small rubber hose on my desk!

I also forgot to order the no. 56. So will be doing this tomorrow. I reckon I know what you're on about, and I reckon you'll need a small "green" blanker/cover for this.

dhali, was this the number starting 171?

If so I think now I remember the dealer ringing me back about one of them being on back order. Guess i'm getting confused. So I must have ordered #56!

phil; I'll post up the numbers tomorrow PM, unless someone beats me to it!

here you go:

058133753B Pump
035103245A valve
171611933 check valve
N10201901 clip x2
N10258101 clip
N0330252 screw
N10197601 ret clip
078905291B valve x2
N10098001 clip x2
N10233401 clip x2

this lot came too just under £57.00 with a bit of discount.

note the clips are the oem type ones and they are imho a bit expensive for what they are, and require a special tool to fit the new ones. I dont know if you could get away with using jubilee clips??

You could probably use jubilee clips, but I rather use the OEM stuff, for the reliability, and more importantly to look genuine.

Did you manage to obtain the 171 611 933?

btw the clips are called oetiker stepless 1 ear clips im sure you can probably get them from somewhere alot cheaper than the stealer prices.

Glad i'm not alone

I'm going to do all the rest soon, and will do that when it arrives. I think that ones on the brake servo pipe IIRC, so should be easy to do afterwards anyway

ok Neckersalm... the reason one of the gaskets was starting to leak is because........... (pause) the rear bolt was missing on the cam cover so it was allowing a leak to start... oh and while we were at it I had an oil change/filter and a new air filter since the 1 in the car wasnt the cleanest I have seen!!!! I cant believe that there was a bic pen under the filter!!!!

so with a fresh air filter, new oil and a new set of gaskets its back to business... all in for 200 quid.

wozza wrote:I'm sat looking at my new non return valve (56) (yes xmas TV is really that crap at mo) - there are 3 extra connection points coming off it - two small and one large. Methinks my garage ordered a later one or it's a new revision. May have to blank off extra connections with a spare bit of vacuum hose or take it back (let me know if you find the same)..

Suction jet/Booster valve (52) is the same as before so is the boost valve thingo (63)...
received mine today looks like the same as yours with the extra points. Also cant seem to find an arrow on the new one to say which way to fit :?

any ideas?

TIA
