I think you have got the wromg end of the stick here?
I was mearly stating that there is always someone out there that will have you BIG time
And just pointing out that its always better to be humble.
As apposed to "ive got a mega nutter supra 750 BHP" and i can waste you anytime
If you read the threat correctly the only thing ive done wrong is tell you your a "Dickhead"
And from where im sat you were.
But our site is a friendly one , but we dont take kindly to big Jap car owners saying they can burn us all up on the road, there are owners here who have race prepped cars taht make you Jap car look stupid on a track.
Nuff said

:bigblink: Nothing wrong with Jap cars if you're into that sort of thing. Skylines are amazing in the right hands, standard or modified, and put a good show on any track.

750bhp Supras however - it's like putting Jordan's tits on your granny - nice idea but you wouldn't would you?

Wow, looks like I missed all the action.

Surely the whole point of the RS4 is it's just class, it's not a show off's car. In fact people who aren't in to cars won't know what it is (that's part of the appeal for me anyway), rather than a fast and the furious machine with neon lights which just looks like you're trying too hard. Besides which, there's only so much horsepower which is useable on the roads - just look at the new merc CL65 AMG, the only way to put it's power down is to use the traction control, which has to take away a good chunk of the power to stop the wheels spinning, which kind of defeats the whole point (see clarckson and merc vs tug-o-war team)!!! I mean, it has 736 lbft torque, but the engine actually pumps out around 900 and merc restricted it to ensure the car would actually move and not just spin its tyres all day long (What an engine though!!!)

At the end of the day, as long as what you drive makes you happy, that's all that really matters. And like jr said, best to always be humble otherwise you just set yourself up for a fall! :biggrin2:

tbh who would want jordan's tits on anyone, unless of course you are partial to plastic. OEM or nothing for me.

Chip S4 with 315 h.p. vs RS4 stock

Post by zeke » Fri Oct 08, 2004 1:03 am

My brother has a S4 with Remus exhaust and a GIAC chip (315 h.p.) and we try it against my stock RS4 and from 0-60 mph and at that speed both cars were side by side (the RS4 had only the hood in front) but when we did change to third gear another story, the RS4 started to leave the S4 way back, at 140 mph the S4 was 10 cars behind. So the S4 is only good for 0-60 mph after that, it need more h.p. to be along with the RS4.

Best Regards

Zeke

Aye its easy to be miss understood when your communicating like this. - However, the smiles help.
